Original USA _VLCHEK. This wrench early model 1930's ++ has flat ground polished heads. This means the Heads were ground to a smooth finish at production, with the shaft as plain steel. This is a VERY old tool that will show considerable use and age, where the polishing/grinding is visible on the heads, but no longer the original shiny polishing that would have been visible when new.

Heads, Shaft and overall tools as a whole, including the "flat grind areas at Heads", will show scratches, scuffs, indentations, patina, staining, at the. Located at the ends (outside edges) of the heads will show deep striations in the steel (grind marks) that are patina stained. See Photo's.
The wrench has no current rust.
The Jaws will show use, there is wear at the jaws, "rounding" at the inside edges of the jaws where their edges were once sharper and more crisp. This wrench was in use and it shows it.
Still a beautiful example of a great older USA Tool.
