Please note that this is missing the front protective glass shield. The chrome shows some age. I am not exactly sure how to test this to see if the needles move. The black one does move and spring back into place when I let it go.
Brand is U.S. Gauge Co N.Y.
Made in the USA.
Model is 3 1/2AD-708.
This stands 10 1/4" in height. The diameter of the gauge from outer edge to outer edge is 3 3/4". Heavy in weight.
There are some numbers scratched into the bottom base on the underside. I do not know for sure what they mean.
