    Description

No. 10 pipe wrench marked “West Germany". “Drop Forged Steel ¼, ½, ¾, 1” on the hook jaw. 10-inches long and has some original red paint on the handle from the '50s. Very little wear, very clean, the adjustment nut operates well.
    This is an
    1872 Stillson pattern
made in West Germany after the patent expired. A print of the original 1872 Stillson patent drawing is included with this wrench and shows the two exterior leaf springs that made the original wrench so successful the world over. This wrench looks just like the original Stillson -- the later version with the steel handle.
