Lot Consists of a Very Scarce, Original, 1926 Commercial Plumbing and Water Heating Fixtures Catalog from the Park Avenue, New York City based Company: Patterson - Kelley Co. Company manufactured both Commercial and Residential Hot Water Service Heater, Pre-Heaters and Converter equipment. Book is loaded with black & white and color images of the "then" current and new styles and types of Water Heating Equipment for use in Commercial and Residential Applications. Catalog also has mechanical spec drawings, cut-aways and parts diagrams with stock numbers for lots of the items offered and piping specifications. Book is a super piece of restoration reference for anyone involved or interested in vintage cast iron / copper boiler pieces. See pics for more details.
Embossed, Card Stock Covered Catalog is approx 10-5/8" Wide x 7-1/2" High and has 24 pages of B&W Artwork, Stock Numbers and Descriptions. Cover has some light wear and smudging on edges and spine. There are some light dings on corners of book and splitting on spine bottom edge. Interior Pages are off-white and supple with some light toning and spotting on edges. Still in great condition for a 89+ year old parts catalog, which was never meant to be kept past a newer, revised issue. Note: Catalog may have some hand written notations. See Pics for More Details.
